		<description>There is a chicken-and-egg problem here: if developers keep holding back, then consumers have less reason to upgrade, but if consumers haven&#039;t upgraded, then developers can&#039;t financially justify moving forward.  Kudos to the JC2 team for making this call, and I hope they are successful.

The third graph appears to be ridiculous, right?  There are and will be plenty of SM 3.0 (read as D3D9) games in 2010.</description>
